To provide a reasonable upfront fee, we must create a Scope of Work based upon preliminary information and many assumptions. Fees will vary based on new discoveries, information, or changes in the Scope of Work during the Project.
The more information provided up front, the less chance for fee increases later.
Define the project scope carefully and include everything we’ll be designing or planning for together.
