An architect should understand that tenant spaces often require coordination between Tenant and Landlord agreements. Consulting an architect early on can be beneficial to the Tenant during negotiations with the Landlord. An Architect can review the lease space and ensure the space meets the lease agreement and review required upgrades needed for your space. Often the Landlord leaves the space ‘as-is’ leaving unexpected upgrades and costs for the tenant to pay for.
